Most leaders know what to do: the challenge is working out how. And that’s our sweet spot. Which explains why our business has successfully grown year-on-year since we were founded in 2003.
In 2011 we worked with over 6000 leaders around the world in over 1000 interventions. Although we mainly work face-to-face we also deliver remotely too, reducing cost but preserving quality.
And that quality matters to us and is something we are intensely proud of. We observe all our associates every year, running master classes and offering regular updates. It’s hard to become an iOpener associate and although many try, few are chosen.
Most importantly we care about the detail. What happens behind the scenes needs to be seamless, so we have strong project management processes to make that happen. ‘Right first time and every time’ is an iOpener mantra, embedded in who we are and all we do.
