our history
An organization’s people are its most valuable assets: they are certainly among the most expensive whether fully productive or not. Jessica Pryce-Jones founded iOpener in 2003 to enable all organizations to maximise investments they make in their people. Which is why we describe what we do as human asset management.
Almost immediately we started winning contracts for large scale roll-outs, niche projects and senior executive coaching. Because we took ourselves seriously from the start, investing in world-class research and first-rate support.
And we held the unshakeable belief that the most efficient way to improve performance is through people. Moreover we had absolute certainty that when anyone feels good about what they do, they’ll want to do more of it. By researching and using the science of happiness we have developed a low-cost, practical and self-sustaining means of making that happen.
From the beginning our focus has always been on helping others help themselves. A do-it-yourself approach is what we encourage, which is why we have a reputation for being practical, energetic and creative - yet rooted in evidence too.
But most importantly we’ve been known since inception for enabling excellence and productivity in others.
