Jessica Pryce-Jones
Jessica Pryce-Jones is CEO of iOpener and its sister business the iOpener Institute for People and Performance. She founded iOpener in 2003 to help people recognize and extend their capabilities. Jessica lectures and teaches senior executives at these premier business schools: Cass, Chicago Booth, Judge, London Business School, and Oxford (Said). She also coaches senior executives and leadership teams.
She is a frequent keynote speaker and a media commentator for the Financial Times, Wall St Journal, CNN and BBC. Jessica wrote ‘Happiness at Work: Maximizing Your Psychological Capital for Success’ which was published by Wiley Blackwell in 2010.
Her career started in financial services where she became interested in who was and who wasn’t an effective leader and the impact that had on their teams.
Jessica has degrees in Classics (Latin and Greek) and Psychology. She works all over the world but is based in Oxford UK with her family.
