Claire Andrews
For Claire, organizational success is rooted in individual performance, and the best way to access this is through coaching whether one-to-one or in groups. Claire’s approach combines creativity with commercial rigor. Her purpose is to inspire positive, practical outcomes while building social and commercial value for their organizations.
Claire was one of the first women graduates of Magdalen College, Oxford and the first graduate trainee in Blackwell Publishing. Working in Europe, the US and Japan, she helped transform Blackwell into one of the largest independent scholarly publishers in the world. After several years on the main board, she quit to become an executive coach and facilitator.
Claire helps develop others across a range of topics fundamental to business and personal leadership. She specializes in work with media, education, not-for-profit and knowledge-based organizations.
