Diane represents iOpener in the USA.

Diane Scott, MSN, is a nationally recognized expert in the field of leadership development and organizational conflict, skills which she has honed over 20 years as a leader herself.

Her background as a healthcare professional means she has an acute understanding of the consequences of being happy at work. And she has observed the serious consequences that unhappiness can bring both for individuals, their teams and their organizations too. She knows that dealing with small things can lead to great changes and this is what she wants to bring about at a micro level.

At a macro level Diane has deep expertise in the development of strategic initiatives for a wide range of organizations including academic institutions, healthcare organizations, architecture design firms, and the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.

As the Program Director for Conflict Engagement at a national organization based near Washington D.C, Diane has provided development, learning interventions, workshops and coaching throughout the United States. She is the author of over 50 articles in the fields of conflict, leadership and workforce issues and a faculty member of Loyola University, New Orleans where she teaches graduate studies in advanced finances.
