Dr Laurel Edmunds
Laurel joined iOpener in March 2007 to further extend and accelerate the research base. She has been instrumental in developing iOpener’s People and Performance Questionnaire to robust academic standards and helping bring it to market.
Laurel represents iOpener at international conferences, presenting the research and writing papers that explain methodology and approach in a wider academic arena. Most recently she was key support to Jessica while writing her book.
She is currently working on the link between happiness, leadership and team performance to assess and interpret its impact.
Laurel has had a varied research background, having worked in academic, medical and market research settings. Before this she worked in education so she understands the power of using research-based interventions to accelerate learning.
She also holds two degrees in Biological Sciences, a PhD based on Self Theory and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
