In 2011 we ran over 1000 leadership skills workshops, which involved around 1200 facilitated days delivered in 15 countries working with over 6000 individuals. Here’s more about what we did and continue to do.

Building trust, pride and recognition: essentials of senior leadership: this session covers the key elements that our research shows leaders must build for exceptional performance. It runs at two levels depending on level of seniority.
