Our coaches have all been trained by specifically selected organizations and they have to have had leadership experience themselves. This ensures they have a high degree of credibility in what they do.

And our facilitator talent pool is made up of a diverse range of specialists whose different backgrounds mean we regularly accommodate a wide range of needs. You need to know that someone who understands your organization will work with you: we therefore devote a lot of time to ensuring the right person is selected for the right job at the right time.
